Xplora Search Group is seeking an experienced Global FP&A Manager to enhance financial planning and analysis across a global manufacturing organization. This role includes leading monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting while collaborating with executives and other departments to drive strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive Accounting and Finance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in FP&A, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and financial analysis.
• Proven project leadership skills with the ability to influence change globally.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Develop executive dashboards and performance metrics for decision making.
• Manage the annual budget process and long-range strategic planning.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and FP&A transformation.
