Xplor Technologies is seeking a Sr. Director FP&A to lead forecasting, budgeting, management reporting, and business analytics in a fully remote role across the United States.

You will partner with the CFO and senior leaders to translate data into strategic insights and scalable FP&A processes. The role requires 10+ years in finance/FP&A, strong modeling skills, ERP/FP&A tool experience (NetSuite and OneStream preferred), and the ability to mentor a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience across multiple Finance/FP&A functions
• Experience growing through the ranks in FP&A roles with analytics and predictive modeling
• Experience with ERP and FP&A planning tools (NetSuite and OneStream preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or quantitative field required

Responsabilités

• Oversee annual and long-term planning, quarterly forecasts, and monthly close and reporting
• Develop and maintain financial models to analyze and forecast performance
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Lead financial analysis of business decisions and provide recommendations to senior leadership
• Lead analysis of operating results and prepare executive reports for CFO and Board
• Translate company data into strategic insights to drive decisions
• Partner with leaders to implement strategies to achieve financial goals
• Analyze and report on KPIs for external financial reporting requirements
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and prepare executive presentations for C-level and Board
• Lead continuous improvement in reporting, planning, and analysis
• Mentor and develop an FP&A team
