Job summary

Xplor is seeking a Sr. Director FP&A to lead planning, forecasting, reporting and analytics in a fully remote role across the United States.

You will drive the annual and long-term plans, build sophisticated financial models, and present insights to the CFO and executive team. You will oversee cross-functional business partnerships, oversee monthly closes, and guide strategic decisions with data-driven analyses.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or finance leadership roles.
• Experience growing through the ranks in FP&A with predictive modeling and analytics.
• Strong background in corporate leadership development or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee annual and long-term planning, quarterly forecasts, and monthly close and reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial models to analyze and forecast company performance.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Lead financial analysis of business decisions and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
• Translate operating results into executive reports and support financing activities.
• Leverage FP&A infrastructure to derive strategic insights guiding decisions.
• Partner with business leaders to implement strategies to achieve financial goals.
• Analyze KPIs and support external financial reporting requirements.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and prepare executive presentations for the Board and C-suite.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting, planning, and analysis; mentor the FP&A team.
