Qualifications

• Track record scaling supply in a marketplace or field-based operation.
• Proven ability to hire and scale a distributed recruiting team.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into repeatable, data-driven processes.
• Comfort owning cost and unit economics.
• Maritime or shipping domain experience welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win vessels; sign them as fleet partners and manage relationships.
• Build and carry relationships with owners, operators, and managers globally.
• Negotiate and close agreements to maintain pipeline.
• Ensure pipeline capacity stays full to support deployments at scale.
