Job summary

Quartermaster AI is expanding its Talent Acquisition engine to scale with our maritime intelligence platform. We seek a full-desk Recruiter who can own end-to-end processes—from sourcing embedded engineering talent to partnering with leadership across finance, legal, HR, and operations.

You will implement structured interviewing, build a scalable pipeline, and partner with department heads to translate roadmaps into search strategies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-desk recruiting experience in agency, startup, or venture-backed environments.
• Proven track record closing both engineering and non-engineering roles.
• Deep hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for complex outbound sourcing.
• Expert-level fluency with modern ATS/CRM platforms—Ashby—and Google Workspace for operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle recruitment across high-bar technical domains and core business verticals.
• Architect technical sourcing strategy across platforms to identify top passive talent.
• Design and own the end-to-end candidate pipeline infrastructure and tracking.
• Define structured hiring standards with rubrics and scorecards.
