Quartermaster is building a global maritime intelligence platform and is expanding its Talent Acquisition engine to support fleet expansion and technical deployments. You will serve as a full-lifecycle recruiter, partnering with engineering, finance, legal, and operations leaders to build foundational talent and design scalable hiring processes across continents.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-desk recruiting experience in agency, startup, or venture-backed environments.
• Proven track record as a versatile recruiter closing both engineering and non-engineering roles.
• Deep hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for outbound sourcing and pipeline generation.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle recruitment across embedded systems, software, hardware, and core business verticals.
• Architect technical sourcing strategy using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem.
• Design and own end-to-end candidate pipeline infrastructure and candidate tracking.
• Define and enforce structured hiring standards and interview rubrics across departments.
• Partner with executives to translate roadmaps into clear role specifications and search strategies.
• Drive offer architectures and closing strategies, including equity considerations.
