Job summary

Freight Wizards LLC is seeking an HR Recruiting Manager to own end-to-end talent acquisition as we scale a 3PL freight brokerage. You will partner with executive leadership to build teams across sales, operations, technology, and support as we expand, with a strategic, high-visibility role enhancing company growth.

You’ll lead full lifecycle recruiting, source proactively, manage metrics, and help onboard and retain top talent while shaping our employer brand at industry events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, including 2+ years in a coordinating/leadership role.
• Proven track record sourcing and closing sales talent in logistics or B2B.
• Strong metrics orientation; able to report progress to leadership.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with candidates and managers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a recruiting strategy aligned with growth roadmap.
• Own full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding.
• Build expertise hiring for sales, operations, tech and support roles.
• Source candidates via job boards, networks, referrals, social recruiting, outreach.
• Partner with managers to define role requirements and hiring bar.
• Manage recruiting metrics: time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire.
• Support HR functions including onboarding, documentation, compliance.
• Build pipelines for future openings and represent employer brand at events.
