Job summary

Responsibilities

• Respond to ongoing technical issues of KLA equipment where field product support teams were unable to solve.
• Assist field engineers in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and debugging sophisticated optical/electro/mechanical equipment and related software.
• Collaborate with specialists and teams to plan actions to resolve issues and recover equipment functionality.
• Travel 40–70% domestically and internationally to support on-site escalations and installations.
