Qualifications

Masters degree or higher in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Electrical and mechanical experience; optical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Respond to ongoing technical issues of KLA equipment; collaborate with field teams to diagnose, troubleshoot, and solve complex problems.
Assist field engineers, craft optimized action plans to recover equipment functionality to customer satisfaction.
Create and maintain documentation on troubleshooting processes and technical findings; provide postmortem reports.
May be involved in tool installation, relocation, and upgrade of equipment; provide technical training.
Travel 40–70% domestically and internationally to support escalated issues on-site.
