Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and debug sophisticated optical/electro-mechanical equipment and software solutions.
• Lead and coordinate teams to resolve field issues with consensus and POAs.
• Travel 25–50% domestically and internationally to support escalated issues on site.
• Prepare service and postmortem reports; support NPI and product sustaining improvements.
