Job summary
KLA, a global leader in semiconductor manufacturing solutions, is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Chandler, AZ. You will oversee installation, diagnose complex equipment issues, and coordinate with factory experts to drive root-cause resolution. Travel internationally is expected and mentoring junior engineers is part of the role.

Qualifications
- Doctorate degree with 5+ years of related work experience.
- Master's degree with 8+ years of related work experience.
- Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of related work experience.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Strong installation, troubleshooting, and mentoring skills.
- Experience collaborating with PLC/NPI engineers and field teams.
Responsibilities
- Exercise independent judgment in installation and policy application.
- Lead evaluation, diagnosis, and troubleshooting of complex equipment.
- Prepare field service reports and post-activity quality feedback.
- Mentor junior engineers and develop action plans (POAs).
- Perform model change upgrades and contribute to new product development.
- Coordinate international travel readiness and scheduling.
- Provide on-the-job training and coaching to peers.
