Job summary

You will diagnose and troubleshoot optical/electro-mechanical equipment, coordinate with engineering teams, and support field service engineers to resolve complex issues, including on-site travel.

Qualifications

• Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years; OR equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Lead/own and provide solutions to field-raised issues at customer sites until resolved
• Travel within region and worldwide; 25-50% travel expected domestically and internationally
• Clearly detail troubleshooting processes and provide service/postmortem reports
• Support NPI and product sustaining/cost of service reduction by suggesting improvements
• May be involved in customer installation, relocation, and upgrade of equipment and training

Education
