Prodways Group seeks a Field Service Technician to install and commission 3D printers at customer sites in the United States (primarily) and Europe. You will train customers on operation and maintenance and troubleshoot equipment on location.

You will report to the Customer Support Manager and travel 50–80% to client sites, providing on-site support and remote diagnostics as needed. A technical background and hands-on mindset are essential.

Formación

• Technical training completed after high school.
• Experience in after-sales service in an international setting, preferably in the United States.
• Strong skills in electronics, mechanics and manufacturing processes.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to R&D projects as a field expert.
• Install printers on-site at client locations.
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance at clients’ sites internationally.
• Occasionally participate in application deployments at client sites.
• Perform remote diagnostics and assist clients in resolving issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the machine and technical documentation.

Your next challenge ? Field Service Technician

Join Prodways Printers, which designs, manufactures, and markets professional and industrial 3D printers. You’ll help commission and install 3D printers, provide on-site training to customers, and troubleshoot equipment directly at customer locations. Travel to the United States (primarily) and Europe is expected (50 to 80% of the time).

Reporting to :

You will report to the Customer Support Manager.

Your responsibilities :

• Contribute to R&D projects as a field expert ;
• Install our machines on-site ;
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance at our clients’ sites internationally ;
• Occasionally participate in application deployments at our clients’ sites ;
• Perform remote diagnostics and assist our clients in resolving their technical issues ;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the machine and the development of technical documentation.

What we’re looking for :

• Technical training after high school ;
• Initial experience in after-sales service in an international setting, particularly in the United States ;
• Strong skills in electronics, mechanics, and manufacturing processes ;
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose complex technical issues ;
• Resourceful and hands-on, comfortable with mechanical adjustments and on-site troubleshooting ;
• Technically curious, with a genuine desire to identify the root cause of a problem and find solutions ;
• Good interpersonal skills, a service-oriented mindset, and a meticulous approach.

Full-time permanent contract, to start as soon as possible. Compensation based on qualifications and experience.
