Legrand is seeking a Field Service Supervisor for the Starline Team in Canonsburg, PA. The role oversees Field Service Technicians, coordinating with Technicians, Coordinators, Sales, End Users, and Contractors to ensure timely, high-quality service. Domestic and international travel is required.

The position calls for leadership of remote technicians, mentoring, and strong MS Office skills, with a focus on safety and testing equipment planning. Office three days per week may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lead a team of remote Field Technicians.
• Strong communication with customers and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of remote Field Technicians.
• Write work instructions and MOPs.
• Order materials and equipment from Starline and vendors.
• Review Technician field reports.
• Manage warehouse/rental inventory.
• Train and mentor technicians.
• Identify testing equipment needs for on-site services.
• Support relationships with third party contractors.
• Quote rework to customers and reps.
• Conduct One-on-One meetings with Technicians.
• Annual performance reviews and career planning.
• Communicate effectively with customers in writing and speech.
