Job summary

Climate Pros, LLC seeks a Field Service Supervisor to lead a team of Service Technicians and deliver exceptional service experiences to customers. You will coach technicians, promote safety, and coordinate with dispatch to ensure efficiency and high performance.

The role requires strong communication skills, customer focus, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a service environment. Office-like conditions with field site visits are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with focus on a positive service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for internal and external customers.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships in a fast-paced team.
• Take initiative to motivate the team and maintain safety and productivity.
• Journeyman-level or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a service-focused industry.
• Experience coordinating a diverse group of roles and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Service Technicians and ensure service quality.
• Train newly hired technicians and promote safety and compliance.
• Manage performance reviews, timecards, PTO and on-call duties.
• Coordinate with dispatch to drive efficiency and productivity.
• Resolve customer callbacks and provide exceptional support.
