DCOMM Inc. is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead and mentor local branch technicians. You will coordinate field activities, train staff on-site, and align with the Project Manager to support company initiatives.

The role requires 2+ years in the cable industry, strong technical weighing knowledge, and the ability to manage a team in field conditions. A valid driver’s license, safety awareness, and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the cable industry.
• High level of technical competence in industrial weighing.
• Must be a self-starter and capable of working independently.
• Team player capable of working in group settings.
• Able to lift heavy objects and work at elevations in all weather.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of safety hazards related to field jobs.

Responsibilities

• Support technicians in the field.
• Troubleshoots and repairs without assistance.
• Meet or exceed productivity goals and identify efficiencies.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating services performed.
• Foster teamwork and maintain a positive attitude toward objectives.
• Ensure vehicle service and maintenance requirements are met.
• Comply with all policies and procedures.
• Document service work accurately and timely.
• Perform any other duties assigned.
