Job summary

Temporal Technologies seeks a Senior Director of Global Field Operations to own field operations across the entire field organization, including Sales, Technical Services, and Partners in all regions and motions. You will set the global operating model, define standards, and drive cadence and forecasting hygiene across the organization.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading field ops for multiple GTM functions in a B2B software company.
• Proven ability to design and implement global operating cadences, standards and dashboards.
• Hands-on experience with AI-native tooling to speed up analysis and insights.

Responsibilities

• Own the global field operations function and develop regional leaders.
• Partner with Sales, Technical Services and Partners to optimize pipeline and productivity.
• Define the global operating cadence (forecasting, pipeline reviews, QBRs) with regional flex.
• Own global pipeline visibility and forecasting hygiene across all motions and regions.
• Plan capacity, territory carving, and quota allocation across New Logo, Growth, and Commercial.
• Lead Partner operations: deal registration, attribution, co-sell, cloud marketplace motions.
• Conduct global TAM analysis to inform market entry and org design decisions.
• Translate field performance into executive-facing recommendations with AI-assisted pattern detection.
