Responsibilities include installation, troubleshooting, setup, and cross-functional collaboration. Extensive travel is required domestically and internationally to support installations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install and qualify advanced KLA systems at customer sites globally, ensuring installations meet schedule and quality standards.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve installation issues by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Perform setup, alignment, calibration, and verification of complex semiconductor capital equipment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with regions, engineering, and customer teams to verify system performance and transfer tool ownership.
• Provide clear status updates to stakeholders throughout the installation process.
• Complete installation documentation and administrative requirements accurately and on time.
