Job summary

Syneos Health seeks a Sr Global Feasibility Lead for sponsor-dedicated studies across UK, Poland, Spain or US. You will independently manage feasibility objectives, assess data needs, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to support site selection and study strategy.

You will review literature, develop insights, support bid defenses, and contribute to metrics tracking while travel may be required. Excellent English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science with an emphasis in medical research.
• Working independently in a virtual and team environment.
• Understanding and presenting complex scientific and clinical data and analyses.
• Knowledge of CRO/Pharma industry principles, concepts, and standards.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite and internet research capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Independently manages RFPs and paid feasibility objectives across indications.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines.
• Review literature and perform data-driven feasibility analyses for sites.
• Support bid defenses and present feasibility assessments to stakeholders.
• Develop metrics to measure impact of feasibility activities and site identification.
