Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead for sponsor-dedicated programs across the UK, Poland, Spain or US. You will lead pre-award feasibility assessments, synthesize data, and present actionable insights to internal stakeholders and sponsor teams.

The role requires expert English communication, strong scientific acumen, and ability to manage multiple studies with minimal supervision in a fast-paced CRO environment. Travel flexibility is expected.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science with emphasis in medical research.
• Experience in feasibility studies and data analysis.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data.

Responsibilities

• Lead independent feasibility assessments for RFPs and paid studies.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to review sponsor requirements, protocols, and timelines.
• Manage multiple assignments across therapeutic areas with minimal supervision.
• Develop and present back-up materials for bid defenses and meetings.
• Maintain comprehensive records and contribute to metric development.
• Collaborate with Business Units, Medical Directors, and Analysts to refine study strategies.
