Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead for sponsor-dedicated work across UK, Poland, Spain or US. This senior role focuses on independent RFP and paid feasibility assessments, coordinating with internal and sponsor teams to define data needs and study feasibility.

You will work in a global clinical solutions environment, leveraging your experience to deliver actionable feasibility insights, site selection strategies, and recruitment planning across indications, while maintaining

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science with emphasis in medical research required.
• Experience in virtual/team environments desirable.
• Ability to understand and present complex clinical data and analysis methods.
• Knowledge of CRO/Pharma industry principles and practices.
• Strong proposal/bid writing and analytic skills.
• Ability to manage multiple RFPs and feasibility studies concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Works independently with minimal oversight on RFP and paid feasibility objectives across indications.
• Manages multiple assignments of varying complexity concurrently.
• Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and applies relevant knowledge.
• Liaises with internal stakeholders to review sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines for RFPs.
• Mentors junior staff as directed and supports staff development.
• Supports development of feasibility analysis systems and metrics.
• Prepares presentations/reports from feasibility assessments for stakeholders.
• Evaluates informatics tools and enrollment modeling related to feasibility.
• Maintains comprehensive records and data in internal libraries.
• Builds SME relationships to support study strategies.
