Syneos Health is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead – Sponsor dedicated across UK, Poland, Spain or US to drive pre-award feasibility work and shortlist site identifications.

You will lead RFPs, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and deliver concise, data-driven presentations to sponsors while mentoring teammates. This role provides exposure to global trials and requires travel flexibility.

Qualificações

• BS/BA in Science with an emphasis in medical research.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual and team environment.
• Understanding and presenting complex scientific data and analysis methodologies.
• Knowledge of principles, concepts, practices, and standards in the CRO/Pharma industry.
• Effective sales and bid text development.
• Working and managing individuals and data to drive business objectives.
• Attention to detail.
• Translates feasibility intelligence into actionable site decisions.
• Uses historical performance data and market intelligence to support decisions.
• Influences country allocation and site selection strategy through evidence.
• Mentoring and training capabilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases), email, and internet research capabilities.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and team-oriented skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication proficiency.
• Superior time management skills; able to manage multiple tasks.
• Flexible around travel and work hours.

Responsabilidades

• Works independently with little oversight towards RFP and paid feasibility objectives.
• Able to manage multiple assignments concurrently across therapeutic areas.
• Proactively identifies solutions to non-standard requests and applies knowledge to moderately complex tasks.
• Liaises with internal stakeholders to review sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines for RFPs.
• May participate in staff development activities as directed by line manager.
• May coordinate work of other team members during multi-study programs.
• Supports management in achieving group objectives.
• Liaises with Business Units, Medical Directors, and other team members to review sponsor requirements and timelines for RFPs.
• Independently conducts literature research to provide background information.
• May support preparation of material for bid defenses and meetings.
• Develops metrics to measure impact of feasibility assessments and site identification.
• Maintains comprehensive records in internal libraries.
