Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead to drive paid feasibility activities across indications for sponsor programs in the US, UK, Poland, and Spain. The role emphasizes independent analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven site selection.

The candidate should possess a science degree and strong presentation skills, with experience in CRO environments and bid development. Expect travel and cross-functional teamwork within a fast-paced delivery model.

Formación

• BS/BA in Science with an emphasis in medical research.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual and team environment.
• Understanding and presenting complex scientific and clinical research data and analysis methodologies.
• Knowledge of principles, concepts, practices, and standards in the CRO/Pharma industry.
• Effective sales and bid text development.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and team-oriented skills.

Responsabilidades

• Works independently with little to no oversight towards RFP and standalone paid feasibility objectives across all indications.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments of varying complexity concurrently across any therapeutic area.
• Proactively identifies solutions to non-standard requests and applies knowledge to moderately complex activities.
• Liaises with internal stakeholders to review sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines for RFPs.
• Mentors junior staff and coordinates work during multi-study programs as needed.
• Supports department management in development of group and achieving business objectives.
• Reviews sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines for RFPs with various stakeholders.
• Performs literature research to provide background information for feasibility assessments.
• Prepares materials for bid defenses and meetings under supervision when required.
