Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead for sponsor-dedicated work across the UK, Poland, Spain or US. You will independently manage RFP feasibility, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and drive data-driven site selection to support trial planning.

The role requires strong English communication, experience with CRO/pharma feasibility, and the ability to manage multiple studies with cross-functional teams; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science with emphasis in medical research.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual and team environment.
• Understanding and presenting complex scientific and clinical research data and analysis methodologies.
• Knowledge of principles, concepts, practices, and standards in the CRO/Pharma industry.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFP and paid feasibility assessments with minimal oversight.
• Manage multiple assignments across therapeutic areas.
• Coordinate with sponsors, protocol, and timelines for RFPs.
• Mentor peers during development objectives.
• Develop metrics to measure feasibility and site identification.
