Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead dedicated to sponsor programs (UK, Poland, Spain or US), including our California operations.

You will independently run RFP feasibility assessments across indications, determining data needs and proposing approaches to support decision-making and client success. The role requires strong English communication, scientific insight, and CRO/pharma experience.

Competenze

• BS/BA in science with an emphasis in medical research.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience in CRO/Pharma industry.
• Ability to translate feasibility data into actionable site decisions.

Mansioni

• Lead RFP feasibility assessments independently across indications.
• Manage multiple assignments with varying complexity.
• Collaborate with sponsors and internal stakeholders on protocols and timelines.
• Prepare presentations/reports for internal/external stakeholders.
