Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead to drive sponsor-dedicated feasibility studies across multiple regions including the US, UK, Poland, and Spain.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration with clinical, business development and analytics teams to deliver timely, data-driven site feasibility assessments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical research, data interpretation, and stakeholder management, with the ability to travel as

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science or related field.
• Ability to work independently in virtual and team environments.
• Ability to understand and present complex data and analysis methods.
• Knowledge of CRO/Pharma industry principles and standards.
• Strong sales/bid text development.
• Strong data handling and decision-making.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsabilités

• Lead independent feasibility assessments across indications.
• Manage multiple assignments with varying complexity.
• Identify solutions to non-standard requests and apply expertise.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines.
• Mentor junior staff and support department objectives.
• Liaise with Business Units and Medical Directors on trial feasibility tasks.
• Perform literature reviews using internet and internal tools.
• Develop and present pre-award site feasibility reports to stakeholders.
• Contribute to forecasting tools and metrics for site identification.
