Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead to drive sponsor-dedicated feasibility across UK, Poland, Spain, or US. You will independently manage RFPs, assess data needs, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality feasibility deliverables.

The role requires strong scientific communication, data analysis, and ability to influence decision-making across teams while supporting metrics and site identification strategies.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently in a virtual and team environment.
• Understanding and presenting complex scientific and clinical data and methodologies.
• Knowledge of CRO/Pharma industry principles, concepts, and standards.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Works independently with little oversight toward RFP and paid feasibility objectives across indications.
• Manages multiple assignments of varying complexity concurrently.
• Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and applies knowledge to activities.
• Coordinates with sponsors, protocol and timelines for RFPs and feasibility assessments.
• Supports group objectives and develops metrics to measure impact of feasibility work.
