Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Global Feasibility Lead for sponsor-dedicated feasibility across UK, Poland, Spain, or US. The role requires independent work with RFPs, data-driven feasibility analyses, and collaboration across internal stakeholders to meet sponsor timelines.

The candidate should bring strong English communication, scientific data presentation skills, and a background in CRO/pharma feasibility and site selection strategy. Travel flexibility is expected.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science with emphasis in medical research.
• Working independently in a virtual and team environment.
• Understanding and presenting complex scientific and clinical research data and analysis methodologies.
• Knowledge of principles, concepts, practices, and standards in the CRO/Pharma industry.
• Mentoring and training capabilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database applications), email, and internet research capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Works independently with little to no oversight towards RFP and standalone paid feasibility objectives across all indications.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments of varying complexity concurrently across any therapeutic area.
• Proactively identifies solutions to non-standard requests and applies knowledge to moderately complex activities.
• Liaises with internal stakeholders to review sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines for RFPs.
• Supports department management in development of group and achieving business objectives.
• Maintains comprehensive records of work and stores all relevant data in internal libraries.
