Job summary

Syneos Health seeks a Senior Global Feasibility Lead to drive sponsor-dedicated feasibility assessments across multiple regions, including the US, UK, Poland, and Spain. You will independently manage RFPs, analyze data, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to shape study strategies and site selection.

The role requires strong English communication, deep CRO/pharma knowledge, and the ability to multitask across programs while mentoring junior team members and contributing to metrics

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science with emphasis in medical research.
• Independent working in virtual and team environments.
• Ability to present complex scientific data and analysis methods.
• Knowledge of CRO/Pharma industry standards.
• Sales and bid text development experience.
• Working with data to drive business objectives.
• Attention to detail in all analyses.
• Translate feasibility intelligence into actionable site decisions.
• Leverage historical data and market intel for decisions.
• Mentoring and training capabilities.
• Strong MS Office, email, and web research skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaises with stakeholders to review sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines for RFPs.
• Manages multiple assignments across therapeutic areas.
• Identifies solutions to non-standard requests.
• Pre-award site feasibility presentations and reports to stakeholders.
• Develops metrics to measure feasibility impact.
• Maintains comprehensive records in internal libraries.
