Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Lead Enterprise Staffing Manager to lead governance, deployments, and talent mobility across the organization. You will partner with business leaders to resolve staffing challenges and optimize workforce capacity, balancing demand with supply and risk across the enterprise.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and establishment of governance standards to ensure consistent staffing practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree; Four (4) years additional professional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
• 6+ years of experience in staffing, resource management, workforce management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes, facilitate decisions, and drive action across multiple stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise staffing governance and facilitate resolution of complex staffing situations and workforce constraints.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for unresolved staffing issues and high-impact decisions.
• Drive cross-segment talent deployment, redeployment, and internal mobility strategies.
• Maintain visibility into workforce demand, utilization, skills, and upcoming roll-offs.
• Coordinate staffing responses for major events and skill shortages.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, and HR stakeholders to align staffing strategies.
• Analyze staffing trends and risks to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Establish and improve Enterprise Staffing Management governance and metrics.
