Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an Enterprise Staffing Manager in the United States to optimize internal talent deployment across projects and practices. You will monitor workforce demand, availability, utilization, skills, and staffing risks, partnering with business leaders to provide staffing solutions and ensure timely follow-through on staffing commitments.

The role emphasizes data-driven staffing decisions, stakeholder engagement, and proactive workforce planning across multiple business areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree; four (4) years additional professional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
• 4+ years of experience in staffing, resource management, talent operations, sales, recruiting operations, talent operations, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate decisions, resolve issues, and drive action across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Experience using staffing, resource management, talent acquisition, workforce planning, or related business systems.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate deployment, redeployment, and internal mobility of talent across projects, practices, and business segments.
• Evaluate and recommend internal talent for staffing opportunities based on skills, availability, and business needs.
• Partner with leaders and people managers to develop staffing solutions addressing demand and capacity.
• Monitor demand, utilization, skills, pipelines, and risks across areas.
• Identify future workforce needs and capacity challenges to support planning.
