Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an Extended Workforce Program Lead to build and mature the global Extended Workforce Program. You will lead strategy, governance, supplier management, and classification frameworks across multiple partner functions to improve workforce decisions and spend visibility.

The role requires 6+ years in related fields, strong governance experience, and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives with a focus on process standardization and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 6+ years in contingent or extended workforce management or related fields.
• Experience building, operating, or governing an internally managed contingent workforce program.
• Knowledge of contractor compliance and worker classification.

Responsibilities

• Lead global extended workforce program strategy, governance, and partner with Talent Acquisition, Procurement, Legal, Finance, and HR.
• Oversee supplier management, RFPs, scorecards, and vendor governance.
• Build and mature worker classification frameworks and reporting on external workforce activity.
