Job summary

Fondomonte Arizona LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Export Documentation Specialist to support our shipping operations. The role focuses on handling export documents and coordinating with colleagues and customers to ensure accuracy and compliance across shipments.

This in-office position runs Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with occasional extra hours during peak season. You will assemble documents, validate data in SAP, and communicate with freight forwarders, brokers, and customers

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office.
• Administrative experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble export documents required for shipments.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. export laws and regulations.
• Track progress of export documents through stages.
• Prepare export documentation per country destination.
• Review final invoices for pricing confirmation.
• Process commercial invoices with data accuracy.
• Communicate with internal and external customers (brokers, freight forwarders, USDA, etc.).
• Ensure timely processing of export shipments.
• Input data in SAP to support reporting.
• Learn and adapt to new procedures as needed.
