MSC USA in Tempe is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for Export Documentation to handle export documentation, communicate with customers, and coordinate with data-entry teams. The role requires on-site presence five days a week in Tempe.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong English, and excellent problem-solving, organization, and customer-service skills. Training and benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide general follow up and dedicated customer service on export documentation.
• Serve as first point of contact for inquiries related to export documentation.
• Communicate workload and client details clearly with team members.
• Liaise between data entry teams and customers to obtain missing information.
• Provide shipment details and bills of lading to customers on request.
• Coordinate with overseas agencies to correct cargo releases and documentation.
