Job summary

FUJIFILM Electronic Materials, U.S.A., Inc. in Mesa, AZ is seeking an Export Customer Service Representative to manage export and domestic order processing. You will be the primary customer contact and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time fulfillment.

Responsibilities include creating export documentation, maintaining pricing in SAP and Conga, handling order entry, tracking open orders and ocean bookings, and coordinating with planning to meet inventory needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years in supply chain/SAP environment preferred.
• SAP experience required.
• Some experience with denied party screening preferred.
• Excellent communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; good general office skills required.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with various departments.
• Knowledge of IATA/IMDG for processing Hazardous shipment documentation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Export and Domestic customers.
• Create export shipping documentation.
• Maintain customer pricing in SAP and Conga.
• SAP order entry and order fulfillment process.
• Maintain open order report and track back orders.
• Request, follow up and track ocean bookings.
• Process documents for FG air freight shipments.
• Coordinate with planning to meet inventory requirements.
