Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review export documents (LCs, shipping instructions, invoices, packing lists).
• Ensure documents comply with LC terms and regulations; align with policies.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, banks, and shipping lines for timely documentation.
• Monitor shipment details for consistency across documents; resolve discrepancies.
• Stay updated on changes in export regulations and trade requirements.
