Job summary

Legora AB in New York is seeking an experienced executive recruiter to build and lead their recruiting function focused on Senior Director and above roles. You will partner directly with senior executives and define how executive hiring is conducted in a fast-growing AI company.

Key responsibilities include owning the executive search process, developing a high-performing team, collaborating with external search firms, and establishing relationships with investor communities. A background in high-growth environments and strong interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

• Experience in executive recruiting functions at a high-growth company.
• Ability to hold credible conversations with senior leaders.
• Experience managing and developing a small recruiting team.
• Existing relationships with investor talent community.
• Experience managing external search firm relationships.
• Ability to build trust quickly.
• Judgment required for senior hiring processes.
• Genuine interest in developing team members.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end executive search for Senior Director and above.
• Build and lead a high-performing recruiting team.
• Partner with external executive search firms.
• Build infrastructure for executive recruiting.
• Manage relationships with investor talent communities.
• Develop a strong external network across functions.
• Work closely with TA team to raise hiring standards.
• Partner with other departments for offer processes.
