Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Based in New York, we seek a senior leader to run G&A recruiting globally, partnered with CFO, VP People, and General Counsel, across the US and Europe.

You will build and lead a team, setting hiring standards and scalable processes for fast growth. You will own relationships with senior stakeholders, drive market-specific strategies, and implement discipline with metrics and reporting.

Qualifications

• Meaningful experience leading G&A or corporate recruiting at a high-growth, VC-backed company, covering multiple functions rather than a single discipline.
• You've managed managers and built teams, not just run a desk.
• The range to partner credibly with the CFO, VP People, VP Operations, General Counsel, and CIO simultaneously.
• You understand how each of these functions is built and push back when needed.
• Multi-market experience across the US and Europe with tailored recruitment approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of G&A Talent Partners across the US and Stockholm, setting the standard for how corporate hiring gets done and building the structure to scale alongside a headcount plan that keeps growing.
• Own relationships across a broad set of senior stakeholders: the CFO, VP People, VP Operations, General Counsel, and CIO, helping them build strong orgs.
• Drive consistency and quality across two markets with meaningfully different talent pools and hiring norms.
• Build pipeline discipline, reporting, and performance metrics for clear hiring visibility.
• Partner with talent operations and the TA leadership on tooling, process design, and cross-functional initiatives.
