Legora is redefining how legal work gets done, and seeks a Talent Partner to own end-to-end recruitment for Growth teams in North America. You will work with senior leaders on hiring strategy, build proactive pipelines, and drive speed and quality in hiring decisions.

You’ll partner with executives to design processes, programs, and tooling, shaping Legoras talent function as we scale. This is a hands-on, commercial role with significant impact on revenue growth and market expansion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent acquisition in high-growth environment, startup, scaleup, or VC-backed company.
• Proven track record hiring go-to-market talent across seniority levels.
• Genuine commercial acumen; understands OTE structures and revenue impact.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders on hiring strategy and team build-out.
• Ability to run multiple complex searches without sacrificing quality or pace.
• Comfortable in ambiguity with a bias toward action.
• Collaborative but direct; able to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across Growth teams in North America, partnering with hiring managers.
• Shape how Talent operates at Legora, contributing to processes, programs, and tooling.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Run structured, data-informed hiring processes balancing quality, pace, and consistency.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to offer.
