Job summary

Legora in New York is seeking an Executive Recruiting Coordinator to support our executive search function. You will own scheduling, logistics, and travel for senior interviews across time zones, and build the infrastructure to keep searches organized and transparent.

You will be the trusted operator ensuring a smooth candidate experience, maintain trackers and scorecards, and collaborate with Reward, Legal, and People Operations to move offers with speed and care.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating executive-level recruiting or scheduling in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with external partners such as search firms and agencies.
• Able to build new coordination standards and processes from scratch.
• Maintained trackers/pipelines as a single source of truth for the team.

Responsibilities

• Own scheduling, logistics, and travel for executive interviews across time zones.
• Support relationships with external search firms and partners.
• Maintain trackers, scorecards, and reporting for searches.
• Manage candidate experience from first touchpoint to offer logistics.
• Coordinate with Reward, Legal, and People Ops to move offers quickly and carefully.
• Uphold confidentiality and discretion for highly sensitive information.
