Job summary

Legora is expanding rapidly and seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle hiring across the US for EPD roles. You will partner with senior leaders to define role scopes, build robust pipelines, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience that supports Legora’s ambitious growth.

You will shape hiring processes, collaborate on programs and tools, and drive decisions that impact team composition and speed to hire.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent acquisition in a high-growth environment or startup.
• Proven track record hiring high-performing EPD talent across seniority levels.
• Ability to discuss what strong looks like with engineering/product leaders.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders on hiring strategy and team build-out.
• Ability to run multiple complex searches without sacrificing quality or pace.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment across the US, partnering with hiring managers to define role scope and hiring strategies.
• Shape how Talent operates at Legora, contributing to processes, programs, tooling, and People initiatives.
• Build and nurture proactive talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
• Run structured, data-informed hiring processes balancing quality, pace, and consistency.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation through offer, as a Legora ambassador.
