Job summary

Legora is expanding its Talent Acquisition team in North America, seeking a hands-on recruiter who can own end-to-end hiring for legal and other functions. You will partner with senior leaders, shape recruiting strategy, and build proactive pipelines while delivering an exceptional candidate experience at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent acquisition in a high-growth environment.
• Business acumen; speak the language of leaders to advise on hiring strategy.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders on hiring strategy and team build-out.
• Ability to run multiple complex searches without losing quality or pace.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and bias toward action; build structure where none exists.
• Collaborative but direct; drive decisions with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define role scope, success profiles, and hiring strategies with stakeholders.
• Shape Talent operations, including processes, programs, tooling, and People initiatives.
• Build proactive talent pipelines to stay ahead of demand.
