Pan Atlantic Foundation is seeking an International Area Representative for a flexible part-time 1099 role in the United States. You will recruit host families, guide them through applications, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful student exchanges.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build trust with families, schools, and students from diverse backgrounds.
• Comfortable conducting in-home visits and interviews.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit prospective host families within the assigned area.
• Build and maintain relationships with local schools to raise awareness.
• Promote public awareness of exchange programs through outreach.
• Guide host families through the online application process.
• Conduct in-home interviews and verify references.
• Facilitate host family orientations prior to student arrival.
• Perform monthly check-ins with host families and students.
• Document all interactions and reports in the online system.
