Responsibilities

Identify and recruit prospective host families within the assigned area.
Build and maintain relationships with local schools to raise awareness.
Promote exchange programs through community outreach and engagement activities.
Guide host families through the online application process on the organization site.
Conduct in-home interviews and verify references.
Facilitate host family orientations prior to student arrival.
Perform monthly check-ins with host families and students.
Document all interactions and progress in the online system.
