Pan Atlantic Foundation is seeking an International Area Representative to recruit host families, guide them through applications, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful student exchanges. The role emphasizes strong interpersonal skills, community engagement, and a genuine interest in international education.

This flexible part-time 1099 position offers remote work options and requires the ability to manage time effectively while coordinating with schools and families across the area.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build trust with families, schools, and students from diverse backgrounds.
• Comfortable conducting in-home visits and interviews.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and recruit prospective host families within the assigned area to support international student exchange programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local schools to raise awareness of student exchange opportunities.
• Promote public awareness of exchange programs through community outreach and engagement activities.
• Guide prospective host families through the online application process on the organization's website.
• Conduct in-home interviews with potential host families and verify references to ensure suitability.
• Facilitate host family orientations prior to student arrival to set expectations and provide program guidance.
• Perform monthly check-ins with host families and students via phone calls or in-person visits.
• Document all interactions, check-ins, and progress reports accurately in the online system.
