Job summary

Vialto seeks a Senior Manager, Global Equity & Reward to deliver innovative equity compensation solutions for multinational clients. You’ll manage full lifecycle equity programs, supporting design, implementation and compliance while collaborating with senior stakeholders in HR, Finance, Payroll and Tax.

You’ll join a truly global hub model with teams in the US, UK and Australia and access to in-country specialists in 70+ jurisdictions. This role offers hybrid work and a path to leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in equity compensation or global reward.
• Experience managing multi-country share plan rollouts and compliance.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with equity administration platforms and integrations.
• Professional credential preferred (CEP, CPA/CA, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Coordination: coordinate equity administration, reporting, and compliance across jurisdictions with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Tax.
• Client Delivery & Relationship Management: manage timelines, deliverables, and quality while building trusted client relationships.
• Compliance & Risk Oversight: establish governance, maintain documentation, and coordinate year-end reporting.
• Equity Program Management: design and rollout global equity plans aligned with market practices and client goals.
• Team Development: mentor juniors, review work, and foster inclusive team culture.
• Insights & Analytics: develop dashboards and reporting tools to track participation, compliance, and trends.
