Job summary

Vialto is seeking a Manager, Global Equity & Reward to deliver innovative equity compensation solutions for multinational clients. You’ll manage global share plan projects across design, implementation, and compliance, collaborating with HR, Finance, Payroll, and Tax teams.

This globally distributed role operates in a hub model with core professionals in the US, UK, and Australia, offering hybrid work and a pathway to impact at a leading cross-border firm.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in equity compensation or global reward.
• Experience managing multi-country share plan rollouts and compliance.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with equity administration platforms.
• Professional credential preferred (CEP, CPA/CA, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Tax to implement processes for equity administration, reporting, and compliance.
• Act as a key client contact, managing timelines, deliverables, and quality while building relationships.
• Establish governance frameworks, maintain documentation, and coordinate year-end reporting for equity programs.
• Support design and rollout of global equity plans, ensuring market-aligned practices and compliance.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to track participation, compliance, and market trends.
