Vialto Partners seeks a Manager, Global Equity & Reward to lead end-to-end management of multinational equity programs. You’ll design, implement and ensure compliance while coordinating with HR, Finance, Payroll and Tax. The role operates in a true global hub with in-country specialists and a hybrid work model.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, drive governance, and deliver insights through dashboards and reporting tools to optimize client outcomes.

Formación

• 7+ years in equity compensation or global reward.
• Experience rolling out multi-country share plans and compliance.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with equity administration platforms and integrations.
• Credential preferred (CEP, CPA/CA, or equivalent).

Responsabilidades

• Cross-Functional Coordination with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Tax to implement equity processes across jurisdictions.
• Client Delivery & Relationship Management: manage timelines, deliverables, and quality.
• Compliance & Risk Oversight: establish governance and year-end reporting for equity programs globally.
• Equity Program Management: design and rollout of global equity plans with alignment to market practices.
• Team Development: mentor junior team members and foster collaboration.
• Insights & Analytics: develop dashboards and reporting tools to track participation and trends.
