Vialto is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Equity & Reward to deliver innovative equity compensation solutions for multinational clients. You will manage the full lifecycle of global share plans, collaborating with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Tax across regions.

Join a truly global team with hub offices in the US, UK, and Australia, supporting 70+ jurisdictions. The role blends technical know-how with strategic oversight and client governance in a hybrid work environment.

Competenze

10+ years in equity compensation, global reward, or related field.
Experience managing multi-country share plan rollouts and compliance processes.
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Familiarity with equity administration platforms and integrations.
Professional credential preferred (CEP, CPA/CA, or equivalent).

Mansioni

Coordinate cross-functional teams (HR, Payroll, Finance, Tax) to implement global equity processes across jurisdictions.
Manage client projects, timelines, deliverables, and quality while building trusted relationships.
Establish governance frameworks, maintain documentation, and coordinate year-end reporting for equity programs globally.
Support design and rollout of global equity plans ensuring alignment with market practices and compliance.
Mentor junior team members, review work for accuracy, and foster an inclusive team culture.
Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track participation, compliance, and market trends.
