Job summary

Nebius B.V. is seeking a senior equity operations contributor to own day-to-day administration and delivery of our global equity programs, helping employees understand ownership as the company grows.

You will administer RSUs and options, deliver grants and vesting events, and maintain data across HRIS, payroll, broker, and finance systems.

Collaborating with Payroll, Tax, Legal, Finance, HR Operations and Mobility, you will prepare reports, support audits, and drive program changes and controls.

Qualifications

• Hands-on stock plan administration experience with RSUs and options.
• Experience with public-company reporting and internal controls.
• Strong data skills and advanced Excel capabilities.
• Ability to explain complex equity topics clearly.
• CEP or an equivalent qualification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer the lifecycle of awards including grants, vesting, and settlements.
• Deliver equity events for new hires, promotions, and annual refreshes.
• Maintain accurate data across equity platforms, HRIS, payroll, broker and finance systems through reconciliations.
• Prepare reports for audits, forecasts, and board data.
• Support security requirements and trading-window processes.
